Our team offers essential domestic assistance tasks for individuals who are unable to manage these tasks themselves. This support helps them stay safe and independent in their homes, while also building capacity. As an NDIS provider, we ensure that our support workers are dedicated to delivering high-quality disability support tailored to each person's needs.
Personal Care
We can assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. This support enables individuals to maintain their independence and dignity within the home.
Transportation Services
We provide transportation services for medical appointments, social events, and everyday activities on the Central Coast, ensuring that individuals can stay active and engaged in their community.
Meal Preparation
We can offer support in meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. This service helps to build the capacity of participants while also ensuring they receive nutritious meals.
Cloud Nine Social Club
Cloud Nine Support Services is commited to hosting monthly social outings for participants and their care givers to offer opportunity to build connections with like minded peers in the community.
School Holiday Programs
Our programs running in between school terms, offers school aged NDIS participants an opportunity to engage with peers in a supported environment. Students will be able to engage in planned activities where they can build social skills, make friendships and foster independence. Spots are limited - enquire for more information
