Cloud Nine Support Services is a family-run business located on the Central Coast, passionate about providing support to people living with disabilities. As a small, hands-on team, we treat every participant like family, offering services that promote independence and community engagement. Although Cloud Nine is currently an unregistered NDIS provider, we are able to support self-managed and plan-managed participants. Whether it’s assistance with daily living, domestic support, or engaging with the community, our dedicated support workers are here to provide the personalised care and support you deserve.

As a trusted support provider, we offer high-quality disability support tailored to each participant's unique needs, helping them achieve their NDIS goals while gaining greater independence and confidence. Our Team

Our team consists of 19 dedicated and experienced NDIS support workers who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support. Each member of our team is professional, qualified, and genuinely passionate about supporting participants to achieve their goals and live more independent, fulfilling lives. All staff hold the relevant NDIS clearances, checks, qualifications, and insurances ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in line with best practice standards. While highly skilled, our support workers are also approachable and compassionate, building strong, trusting relationships with participants, families, and networks to deliver support that truly makes a difference.
